What days are Escape Campervans open?
Escape Campervans USA are open 7 days a week, 8.30am – 4.30pm. Offices are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day.
What are your office hours and when can we pick up and drop off our campervan?
Pick up
You must collect your Escape camper vans between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm. If you cannot arrive at the depot location by 4 pm (pick up process takes approximately 30 minutes), you will need to reserve a pick up for the following day. Please allow enough time to clear customs, collect your luggage, arrange transportation to the Escape Campervan depot in order to pick up your van by 4 pm. Escape Campervans do not offer after-hours pick ups or drop offs.
Drop off
You can drop off your Escape camper van between 8:30 am and 10 am.
Escape Campervans charge by the night and not the drop off day - like a hotel. Vehicles must be returned by 10:00 am on the agreed drop-off date. If the camper van is returned more than 1 hour late, a full-day rental charge will be applied. You can request a drop off as late as 4 pm by contacting the reservations department. This will incur an extra day charge.
