What do you like about working at GoSee?
The culture is very refreshing, in that there’s a balance between ensuring we achieve our goals, whilst also ensuring the environment is the best it can be. One major difference I’ve noticed since joining is that whilst we are in an expansion phase, many of the new roles have been filled by promoting staff within the business. That feels like a genuine validation of the character and values of the organisation.

What perks have you taken advantage of?
There has been a public transport and parking subsidy program in place to help with commute options, and I have used the parking. GoSee also offers discounted travel and insurance, and although a booked trip to the US had to be cancelled due to the Covid outbreak, a generous discount had been applied to the airfare cost.

What's your favourite travel destination?
We’ve spent several winters in Canada, both West and East coasts. I would have to say that Quebec and Montreal specifically, would be top of the list in terms of travel destinations. A cultural, culinary and experiential overload, it’s a great to place to visit in any season.

What do you like about working at GoSee?
I love the support and trust we receive from the Senior Leadership Team, which is crucial for innovation, creativity and career growth. GoSee has a clear business strategy that helps us focus on the right things to achieve our goals.

As a UX & Graphic Designer I really like cross-team collaboration and the hybrid working business model is the perfect way to have the right work/life balance.

What's your favourite travel destination?
I love San Francisco, it's a great city with a special vibe. Japan is on my radar for my next travel experience.
