1. Promotion overview

As part of this promotion, customers who make a qualifying booking on www.motorhomerepublic.com or affiliate partner will receive one (1) free eSIM including 1GB of mobile data for use during their trip.

The eSIM is provided by Hubby to go B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (the “Provider”).

Participation is free of charge.

2. Eligibility

The promotion applies to:

Bookings made via MotorhomeRepublic.com and eligible affiliate partners between 5 March 2026 and 03 April 2026.

With departure dates from 13 March 2026 up to and including 1 March 2027. One eSIM per booking

The offer may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

3. Included destinations & coverage

The free 1GB eSIM can be used only in the pick-up destination of your booked trip, provided that destination is one of the following country: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Zambia.

Coverage is limited to the destination of travel pick-up. Use outside the booked destination country is not supported by the free data plan.

4. Delivery & timing

If you agree to receive the eSIM at time of booking, we will send your personal information (including details about your booking) to?Hubby.com, who will email you with more details and how to activate your eSIM.

Delivery takes place within 3 days of booking and reminder emails will be sent before departure, following a qualifying booking.

The eSIM is delivered digitally and does not require physical shipment.

5. Device compatibility & activation

To use the eSIM, customers must:

Have a compatible, eSIM-enabled device

Download the Hubby eSIM app

Follow the activation instructions provided

Important:
If a customer’s device is not compatible with eSIM technology, the eSIM cannot be used. No refunds or replacements are available in cases of device incompatibility.

6. Usage rules

The included bundle consists of 1GB of mobile data.Data validity and usage conditions are shown in the Hubby app at the time of activation and may vary by destination country

Once the 1GB is used or expires, customers may optionally purchase additional data directly from Hubby.

Top-ups are optional and paid separately.

7. Cancellations & changes

If a booking is cancelled, refunded, or materially changed in a way that makes it ineligible, the eSIM code may be cancelled or deactivated.

8. Responsibility & support

MotorhomeRepublic.com is responsible for the travel booking and travel services.

Hubby to go B.V. is responsible for the provision, functionality, and support of the eSIM service.

9. Personal data

The eSIM will be offered to eligible customers where the booking meets the criteria specified above. If you agree to receive the eSIM at time of booking, we will send your personal information to?the Provider who will email you with more details and how to activate your eSIM. By accepting the eSIM you are agreeing to us disclosing your personal information (including details about your booking) to?the Provider?and to receive emails from?the Provider in respect of the eSIM and any upgrades or additional data. To access the eSIM you will also be required to accept the Provider’s terms and conditions. More information:

10. Changes to the promotion

MotorhomeRepublic.com and/or Hubby reserve the right to amend or discontinue the promotion for valid legal, technical, or operational reasons. This does not affect already activated eSIMs.

11. Governing law

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected
