2021 CRM Awards recognises GoSee

GoSee's exceptional customer support has been recognised by the 2021 CRM Awards. Over a four-week period, a team of trained consultants ‘mystery called’ our customer support team and sent online enquires designed to evaluate the quality of call and email handling. GoSee (formerly Online Republic) won the Industry Sector Award for Online Support Services, sitting alongside other Industry Sector Award winners such as Toyota New Zealand, Genesis Energy and Countdown.

Chief Customer Operations Officer, Richard Fuli, said that the award held great significance to the team as it recognised the effort and focus we have on the customer experience, and the values and attributes that are important to the GoSee brand.

“This award is a symbol of the resilience and belief that has held the team together through a pandemic that has had a particularly devastating effect on our Industry.

“The team is looking forward to the challenge of providing consistently excellent service to our customers and rental partners in 2022.”

With our recent rebrand, GoSee has consolidated our successful car rental brand (Airport Rentals) and campervan rental brand (Motorhome Republic) into a new website that makes it easy for customers to search and compare deals on both cars and campers in one place. With backing from Webjet Limited, a household name in the travel industry, as well as the recognition of our standout customer support, GoSee is set up for further success and growth in 2022.

We’re ready and looking forward to helping more travellers find their perfect wheels as restrictions start to ease and travel resumes next year.
